1) Search for and open the Color Management utility
2) In the devices tab, find the correct monitor in the drop-down menu then check use my settings for this device
3) Click the add button, then click browse, locate the ICM profile you've downloaded, then click add
4) Make sure the profile you've just added is set to default...

I also plan to look at the visual quality difference between AMD and Nvidia.
