This week I spent a lot of time going through the whole script again. I rewrote some stuff, polished some stuff, and scrapped some stuff 🙂. The last two days I spent creating models for the new characters and prepared some of the environments. I also made some calculations on render estimate counts.

Good news! I managed to finish writing the initial draft of the episode 🥳! It took quite a bit longer than initially planned, but I'm eager to finally move on to renders soon.

Episode 6 - Progress Report #6

Hey everyone

This week was pretty busy at work for me, getting everything done before the holidays and so on. So I didn't have too much time/energy to continue writing. But I did replay/reread the stuff I've already written and fixed a bunch of things there, probably saving me some testing and clean-up time later 🙂.

I'm currently about 85% done with the writing. I will have some extra time in the next two weeks, so I should make some good progress, hopefully. The plan to start...

I'm already seeing that the episode I'm writing is very, very big... 😳 but I'll focus on finishing writing first, and see what I'll do about that once I get there.

After a bit of a rough start this week, I managed to write a lot in the last two days. I'm probably done with about 60-70% of the draft now.

It's been fun to try out some more intricate scenes in regards to choices and consequences 😊. For example throughout the party, you'll be able to decide (on multiple occasions) how much Ashe wants to drink. This will lead to some variations, depending on how you handle it.
