She was added back 1.7 along with the Meta-Bordello, at the start of the changelog history. The cells were also developed around the same time and she's been pushed to the side pretty much since that point. Selina was always just in a weird spot of needing a lot of work and having no standard place in the game like most others did.

We are down to four, minus Wonder Woman which will probably be in a later poll of some kind.
A lot of random stuff in the build this time! We wanted to try get to a balance of Themyscira and other content but it ends up being a lot of work to add things all over the place in the game. Circe is working her magic on the island and the story is ramping up to a lot of scenes! We will try to give each girl a couple animations but animating everything would get crazy.
