Monkey Wrench Episode 2 - Update 02/03/2023

AEUGH!

Sorry for the lack of update last week folks, I had fallen quite ill.

But we're getting better, so here's some more progress on ep 2!

Only 16 shots left to go, hopefully I can get all the animation and music done this Feb, then March is sound / backgrounds then release is sometime in April.

Still looking around late April, but we could get it out earlier.

Since we're very close to getting the animation done I'm now limiting myself to getting 1 shot done a ...

Monkey Wrench EP 2 - Update 01/06/2023

The first update of 2023!

With animation streams now on Hiatus we've managed to make a huge dent in the remaining shots.

Currently we have only 58 left, and if I can keep up the pace I'm currently at we should have all the animation done by mid / late February.

After that it's just finishing off the Backgrounds, music and sound.

And hey, with luck we might even get a March release... that'd be nice, eh?

Monkey Wrench Ep 2 - Final update of 2022!

It's the last Friday of 2022! Lordy, this year went quick, eh?

Here's the final update of 2022 and we're over 2/3rds complete animation wise on the episode!

Saturday is our final animation stream, too. Then it's gonna be pure hermit mode for the next 2-3 months to finish everything off for a 'hopefully' April release date.

Updates every Friday will still happen but they'll be the still image zoomed in type to keep you guys guessing~

Monkey Wrench Ep 2- The Penultimate 2022 update

Since we're getting to the spoilery cut off point for streams, what I've decided to do is for shots past 107 they'll all be a single frame zoomed in and out of context, basically to show that;

1) I'm still working on animating this episode
2) To keep you all guessing as whats happening

Also; keep your eye out for another update coming this Sunday... I have a rather large present for you all that I think you'll all enjoy and get a little excited over~

After that we have 1 minute of animation before we're at the stream cut off point, then it's just 6 minutes to animate in solitude and we're onto backgrounds!

Moneky Wrench ep 2 - Update 11-18-2022

A tiny update this week, money is getting tight and music production has begin and is gonna be a lot more expensive so I've had to take on 2 freelance jobs to help cover things.

There will be no MW update next week due to this 2 jobs taking up all my time BUT we should be back on track the week after.

It's friday and we have a BIG update for this week.

We are currently 5 minutes done out of 15 and music production begins this coming Monday, I look forward to sharing some sneak peaks of the tracks when they start coming in.

Monkey Wrench ep 2 - Boards FINALLY done

As the title says, spent the last 3 days firing out the last 2 minutes of boards that we got stuck on and it's finally done

Total run time is now 15 minutes and 6 seconds. And just like the pilot it flies by, once again I feel Ash and I nailed the pacing.

Music production begins November 14th so now it's just time to knuckle down and get the animation done. We already have 1/4 done and with only 1 freelance job starting next week to help pay for 1-2 extra animators starting next w...

It's friday and boy oh boy what an awful week it was. Had a terrible case of insomnia which is on it's way out (hopefully) so I only had the drive to get 3 shots done this week.

We're on the mend though so here's for a bigger update next week!

Friday Update - Monkey Wrench ep 2 & F v R files

I have only one freelance gig left to work on once I get Alfreds last commission done, then it's (hopefully) smooth sailing for Ep 2 progress.

Another Friday, another update!

Currently I have 9 minutes and 30 seconds boarded of 13, only 3 and a half left to go! 

Still hoping to get all the boarding done by the 15th then hopefully starting the animation by the 20th.

Monkey Wrench Ep 2 - Board progress

Currently a little over halfway done with boards for ep 2.

Sadly due to life events I have to take next week-

1) Finishing off Lytheros commission (which I posted a wip for earlier)

2) Doing commissions to raise money to remove one of our trees that collapsed last night due to a sudden very strong thunder storm. So many of our local community have been effected, it's quite the mess.

So ep 2 is going to be on hold for a bout a week as I fire out commissions to raise sai...

This weekend Ash and I are going to be finalizing the second ep script, and we should, with patron & merch sales, have the money for VO around the first week of August. Once we get the VO in I can board and then animation will commence!\
