I wanted to apologize for the lack of updates lately. I've been struggling with both a writer's block and some real life stuff these past few weeks. And unfortunately, since I've started my job hunt now, it's probably not going to get a lot better for a while now.

It was a bit painful to do, but I’d rewatched stream history to see which building I’d exited last time I’d been here. Conveniently, it was the house closest to the city gates that looked like the guard station.

The fusing spree had borne a lot of fruit.
First, I’d tried fusing the wallet into my backpack, which gave the backpack an extra pocket where money could go. It wasn’t anything groundbreaking, but I didn’t have anything better to fuse with the backpack, so I let it go. It was very curious what the Fusion skill considered to be ‘one’ item. A two-piece bikini counted as one item. A whole set of Vcuber clothes counted as one item. And apparently, a small pile of War Shark feathers counted as one item as well.
In other news, I now had a very weird-looking knife with a bulky emerald handle and a thin blade made out of the aforementioned feathers.
I had been hoping for a result like this, but I honestly hadn’t expected it to actually work.

I began by pulling out Mr. Gargles and making him run around.
I was reluctant a little, but after hyping myself up, I also tried manipulating my Intra to key into his senses just like I’d learned how to do last time. It took me a couple of tries to get the feeling right again, but as soon as I did, I was suddenly seeing from two points of view again.

There were three people in the new ‘Police’ group chat. It felt incredibly surreal.
The quest I had did involve reporting my kidnapper to the police, but I hadn’t expected it to actually happen. But why not? Just because of weird isekai nonsense? If I could report it, then why wouldn’t I?

Good news! The Actress E-book is pretty much finished! Now I just need to do one last editing pass and then I'll assemble it all into the E-book format and publish it! Then it's only a matter of time until it's approved on Amazon! Shouldn't take long. (And yes, the paperback version should go live alongside the E-book.)

The thunderstorm didn’t blow over soon.

Something whizzed through the air and before I could even figure out what it was, much less dodge, it hit me to my side.

The sharks had yet another new device strapped to their backs in place of the wrecked rocket array. Just one cannon again, this time with a very wide barrel. Three sharp metallic rods stuck out of the barrel and pointed just in front of the barrel, making them almost look like a claw.
