Tinkaton suddenly feels REALLY good about learning such a powerfully sexy move and Kal returns her into her pokeball for the time being as she gets accustom to her new move. Junar asks if it's a good idea to leave a Pokemon with such a move in circulation. Kal smirks and knows exactly what he's doing it seems ;)
