In comparison to the other poll I just posted, this one is a lot easier to understand LOL. As I mentioned in my other post, Bhaalson Remodel lost horribly against Making Waves. The problem is, this has been a theme with BR since I started writing it: it just hasn’t done well against Sword, Bow, and Horse or Making Waves. Now, I like the rotation concept. Yet one of the reasons why I began Bhaalson Remodel was so as to have a patron-only ...

Hello to all my patrons! With FILFy off to the first beta-reader and AGGC about halfway done by this point, I decided to start looking ahead while also looking behind. And yes, that sounds very much like something Gandalf would say LOL. At any rate, three points stuck out to me over the last month.
One, alas, is that I lost several patrons over the last month. Many of whom had been with me for quite a while. For the most part, I think we can pu...

Sorry, this is a day late guys, I wanted to get at least 6,000 words done for AGGC yesterday and work on Harry in Ireland needed a bit more attention. But now FILFy is done, although it is not the chapter I had hoped for and is off to its first editor.
Now, on to the poll. And let's face facts guys, I bet literally everyone knew this would happen: Making Waves won. But I doubt anyone expected by how much it won: 3,272 to 1,354.

Hey guys.
First, I want to thank everyone who looked at the latest story idea I shared with you all. Remember though that those story ideas will not be acted upon for a good long while, if ever. I want to get at least three, maybe four, of my currently ongoing fics done before starting any new ones except, possibly in December as a holiday gift to you all.
And on that subject, here are the results of the small story poll for July.
Well behind i...

Hey guys and girls. A bit of a sitrep. The first segment, which many might call the ‘boring’ mystery solving segments of FILFy is done at last. Had a major brain freeze when it came to using my DNS for this segment. As an example, I wrote about 10,000 words in three hours via DNS when it came to the combat segments yesterday. In the same amount of time the day before, I wrote four thousand for the mystery solving segments, and had to redo the vast majorit...

Hey Everybody. I’ve been incommunicado since the first, my family sprang a trip to a state park on me. Loved it but had no internet access and no time. However, I still finished the next chapter of GDWHOM, and will be sending it off to Hiryo, even if it isn’t the full chapter I had hoped, sometime tonight. No lengthy swimsuit scene sadly.
Anyway, it is the sixth, and as I said before, it is time to end the Large Story Poll.
And alas, for me and for ...

Hey everybody. I hope you all liked the latest chapter of Fate Touched and Horse for the Force. A warning: if you have left a review, I can’t see it yet! I can see the review count going up, but I cannot see any reviews from the 28th on. Annoying, but this is not the first time it’s happened. I am certain that fanfic will eventually solve it, as they have before. Until then, if you have a question, or noticed an important mistake in either fic, PM me here, and I will corr...

Just like it says on the tin folks LOL. I decided to wait on the small story poll until I can see if i can get both Fate and GDWHOM out this month. If I can't get GDWHOM out by the end of the month, I will finish it in July but depending on how long it takes I might have to remove ATP since that will almost undoubtedly be more of a medium story (above 30,000 words) than a small (lower than 20,000 words) LOL.
The choices for the ...

(I apologize to all of you who already voted on the first version of this poll I posted a few minutes ago! I made the mistake of posting it as a regular text post instead of a poll-type post)
With Horse winning the Large Story poll for June, that removes it from the rotation, however, instead of ATP taking it's place this month, the second slot will be taken by FILFy Teacher. I have realized this past month that with everything going on in that fic in the next chapter I won'...

Hello all. I hope you are all well and looking after yourselves, whatever that might mean LOL. It is now time to close the small story poll.
But as always, first, a sitrep. SBH is done and sent off to Hiryo, despite the fact it is a large chapter in size. I tried to get through the winter in one chapter since in medieval times winter sort of shut most movement down. I didn’t quite succeed, but almost. The Valentina/Ranma interac...

Howdy! I hope you all are still staying safe (whatever that means where you are) in these tumultuous times. It is now the tenth, and it is time to shut down the Large Story poll for June.
But first, as is normal a sitrep: I wish I could say that the Patron Only story is done. Unfortunately my home lost power for two days (lots and lots of trees down after two days of nasty rainstorms), and with everything still closed even charging up my laptop proved problemati...

Okay, everyone. As I told you all I’d do, the patron-only poll has closed. This way I hope to spread out the work for June in order to get my stories out to my beta readers one after another with time at the end of the month to go over the last story for the month.
Before that, however, I was asked an interesting question by Matthew Williams. He was wondering about how the timelines of a few stories compared to the original. So I am asking if anyone wants to try to writ...

Okay, so it is a day later than I hoped, but here is the small story poll. I’m sorry guys, but editing via Grammarly is just… so…slow… Ugh. It takes so long and it just saps all my desire to even look at the written word, let alone write anything myself.
Anyway, the choices are between four stories once more. Two Ranma, two HP stories.

And now for the Large Story Poll. Like the Patron Only poll, this poll is entering it's second month of the three-story rotation. So the choices will be between Horse for the Force, and Magic of the Force.
For those of you have joined up in the past month, welcome! Have some cake, it is not a lie. How these polls work is fairly simple. Choose the story from the stories listed below you wish to see updated in the month that is stated ...

Okay, now that FILFy is on track to be updated late tonight (Grammarly always takes time, even when it cooperates) it is time to post next month's polls. First will be the Patron Only poll, then the Large Story Poll.
This time though I will be doing something slightly different. I will end the Patron Only Poll far sooner than normal, ending it on the second of the month. That way I will have time to plan out the chapters and have some time...

I know it's a day early, but I didn't think there would be any last minute votes, so I decided to close this poll down now. With that being said, on to the results:
This was honestly close, very close. Normally ATP wins the poll by a mile, but that wasn't the case this time. Horse put up a great fight, bringing in a total of 2,811. That was with my own two hundred votes - since it hasn't been updated since February - but only 89 votes over on fa...

It is the sixteenth, and that means it is time to close the small story poll.
First an update, as usual: FILFy has been off with Nad Destroyer for a week, so I should see it back to me soon. Making Waves is about two-thirds done, and should be sent off to its first editor Monday night. Late.
Now, the results of this poll are:
In last place Semblance of Hope, with 1,130. Only 54 votes from fanfic. This is, alas, norm...

Okay, here is the second of my mother-requested story concepts. Let me reiterate this is a CONCEPT. It is not a story I am going to follow up on. If, after Semblance and AGGC are done, I wish to introduce another Ranma one shot, it would not be this one. It would probably be the DC comics crossover, but that’s a big maybe.
Anyway, the request was for a Ranma crossover that has him acting as a villain. This is a tricky one since I normally don’t think villains are all that inte...

So, I was asked by a Patreon who happens to be a mother to come up with a pair of story concepts. Normally I would only be willing to talk about such things in PMs, but I agreed to do this since during this time of turmoil mothers the world over are no doubt having a lot of trouble keeping the home front sane and not self-destructing. And for those of you wondering, I did ask and while she requests to remain anonymous, she is fine with lemony stories. I mean is that allowed, a mot...

Oh, and as an aside, FILFy is finished and sent off to its beta-reader. AGGC was updated yesterday over on fanfiction.net.
First the vote:

Alright, sorry for the delay on this guys, I was trying to get into outlining the next chapter GDWHOM, couldn’t get into it. I am really having trouble getting the scene with Rias’s parents right. Even in outline form it just comes off as stilted, the dialogue not up to snuff even if I think I’m happy with the setting. So I am going to put that story off for this month. I will bring it back in June though. Nor is Anything Goes Game Changer here. I will ...

Once more it has come, the time to ask questions of my patrons about things large and small, LOL. Yes, I am having trouble figuring out how to start these posts without repeating myself LOL.

Like I said in the Patron-only poll, here is the Large Story poll for May.
Since Magic of the Force won in April, that means that the two large stories up for updating in May are:
Horse for the Force- SW/Ranma Crossover: With the battle in space over, Ranma and Shaak turn their attention to the battle on the ground, swiftly bringing an end to the droid assault in their own inimitable fashion. While Grievous is somewhat sanguine about what has oc...

But it made me happy to see how many voters there were for this poll. Once more, if you want a say in what is updated, please take part in the polls.

Alright everyone. It is time for the small story Poll for April to end, as well as the first sitrep of the month. Bhaalson Remodel is about a day and a half from being sent off to it’s editor. Hey all! As those of you who read my author’s forward should know, I won’t be able to get Stallion finished by Tomorrow. I…might be able to get everything but the last two scenes done by midnight tonight (doubtful), but none of it would have been edited by either Tomon – who has been a major help on this story since the beginning – or Hiryo, who as you all should know is a help on every Ranma fic given time. So It won’t be out until next month. Instead, I decide...
