Hope y'all are enjoying the random post I've been making. I'm struggling to make the content that I initially set out to make but I am having loads of fun drawing these days... idk what's wrong with me hahah. 

I'm not short of ideas but my mind is always drawn to the next thing that looks exciting to me. Y'all saw that with the comic, and them with the game dev stuff... I just be everywhere with it but hopefully I'm not irritating y'all with content you don't care for.

Comfort Characters & Adding My Spin On Them

Comfort characters have been coming up a lot in conversation lately and im always interested in here about the character people connect with from popular shows. I've recently fallen into a few fandoms and as a result have picked up a good amount of characters I'm really drawn to drawing... so hopefully I'll be able to share work of them in the future. Doing An Art Challenge

Back in February, during the beginning of the month I was in a rut. So I took to twitter and posted a "draw your mutual's OCs in your style" challenge just to get back into drawing character again. For some reason I thought doing something like this would help but it didn't at the time haha. Now that I'm felling more mentally clear I've been able to do it and this is what I have so far.

Here's The Final Product

This is all I was able to complete in the last month... Unfortunately it's not a complete game. But it does works as a good beginning of to a Visual Novel, so I still feel like it was good practice for me! Check it out and tell me what you think.

I do plan on making more games, ones with actual story paths and artwork, but I'd def need more than a month to do it. I think I'll try to do something that'll be released in October/ November. That'll give me 6 months!  I think...

I guess my rut from last month carried over into this month a little. sorry for the lack of content.  But hopefully it'll wane off soon. 

That being said, a lot has  changed from my first game idea. I initially made the scope of the game to broad in my college story. It was essentially a game with no plot and that frustrated the hell out of me. So I decided to scrap that idea and start over. Coming up with the story beats first, made it a lot easier for me to  foresh...

Apology for Last Month+ This Months Content

I wanna say sorry of dropping the ball last month. I wasn't able to really complete anything last month due to stuff that was going on IRL. I definitely should have hopped on here to give you all a heads up and I failed to do that, so again, I apologize!!!

February's Focus + Somethings I'm Working On!

I think limiting myself to one fandom did me some good this month. I deviated from the whole Pokémon thing a little, but for the most part the majority of my art this month revolved around it. This helped me learn a little about consistency. So I kind of wanna keep that flow going as I head into making my one stories. Are you all into any particular cartoon/anime fandoms that you'd like to see me draw? Let me know in the comments!

Completed Chibi Art + Updates

I can without a doubt say that Leon is my favorite from this bunch! Just look at that him omg! I think Nessa's my 2nd pick from the bunch now too the expression pulled through with the color. 

I had hopes of making these into stickers but thinking on it now, I don't know how practical that would be. Like I couldn't imagine people actually using an NSFW sticker like these so next month when we move onto a new fandom I'll tone it down a bit.

Can Yall Tell I Just Learned How To Do Lighting Effects?

Just a painting I did to practice since I haven't painted in a while. It went way smoother than I usually does. I was able to knock this out in a few hours rather than taking the whole day lol Definitely doing more.

Maybe next month I can start doing full painting illustrations. Like large pieces. Things that are worth selling you know hahah they say dream big but we'll see hahah

Working on my first fan comic

I feel this month wasn't my best for content making. Hopefully next month will be better.

WIPs for the week

Here are some works in progress pics I've been working on. The couple pic is of my ocs Dmitre and Marko.  realized (through a Q&A) that I don't really have my characters interact ever. So I'm trying to fix that. We'll get into their storyline soon I think.

Animation Study 2

I'm slowly getting the hang of subtle shifts in movement that impact an animation by doing these studies. Hopefully I'll be able to create my own animations from scratch soon!

Finished The Boys And Added Lingerie

I decided to name the 2 of them after Pythias and Damon, a story in Greek mythology. If you'd like you can read up on it here (story). Pyth is the curly haired angel, and Damon is the incubus. At some point I'll probably make a Dionysius character but for right now it'll just be the 2 of them.
