Work continues!

So just a few updates anyone with a phat ps2 experiencing issues I should have an update out sometime say first week of November I'm aiming for the 5th

Its a rendering issue that was caused due to me making it more compatible with the newer pcsx2 updates

so yes I'm just rolling back atm and testing on multi phat models.

SYM Summer Update/TEST! (PLEASE READ)

Ok midway yesterday I figured out what was making the new versions of PCSX2 crash, it seems to not like what I did to the boot file regarding title history so I've changed back and will redo it for the winter update on the new pcsx2 so right now it should be crash free on new pcsx2 and anyone playing on xboxseries dev mode and no need for a custom emulator (PS2 consoles have no issues as far as I'm aware.

Please remember this is an test update NOT the final ver as I've mentioned in vide...

I do need to writing up a minimum term post again for new and returning patreons (not to worry for long time patreons)

and I just got a new computer a few days ago and the newest pcsx2 has some issues likely because it wasnt optimized for it so I'll be including a pcsx2 which runs it with no issues as well.

(Will the winter update run fine on the newest pcsx2? Yes but thats cuz I have about 3 to 4 month...

SYM :Faces & Heels

Not to be boring here but something I spent time on working for the game was adjusting the Face and Heel system, Unlike in HCTP in SYM even if you would manually edit a draft the game and place people as a face or heel the game would reset them when the season started.

This is because in SYM, if someone is a super face or super heel the game will just override where you placed them and keep it that way regardless of what you do, there is however a neutral status that when in that state...

Now finished, again it works perfectly with all collision in all match types and has a ver for cut scenes with the leather chairs too.

I was asked about the WWF logo at the fist arena & of course its done =)

I went back and forth on weather to do a more realistic ver or one just like how yukes did their wwe logo to match the game (I ended up going with yukes style)

So yeah all done ( this has also been done for the no mercy arena too!)

Someone asked in the comments of the previous post if the remaining wwe logos would be WWF'd in the upcoming ver. Yes they are well underway.

(If you're wondering about fully loaded its a yukes thing I'll talk about in the breakdown)

You might also notice the turnbuckles and announcetables have new official wwf logos.

SYM :Championship history no longer resets!

This is another thing that was asked for and now just like in hctp you have the option of a factory reset or just continue with your title history indefinitely

But also for the first time you'll be able to download a mini pdf manual sized book to go along with the brand new cover when the game releases. In this details all the new changes to the game & I thought it was a nice lil extra for those of you that will be downloading the cover art.

SYM DE :championship in Exhibition BUG FIXED!

Ok another update just 2 days ago I fixed all bugs with champions appearing in exhibition matches, so now whoever are champions in season, just like in HCTP when you play with them in exhibition matches they will come out with their championship belt.

Ah yes that did work in the last ver but it caused a bug that when in season when competing or defending a championship both wrestlers will come out with the belt. That is no longer the case and has been fixed. Where only the champion will...

SYM : Season mode PPV Boards updated

One thing I loved about 2001 to 2002 is the production of everything seemed to evolve very thematic and theatrical way.

I loved the PPV posters of those years and as someone that back in the saved pretty much all of wwf .com for about 4 years I really wanted to capture that feeling of switching on a computer in the day and being greeted with the small version of the ppv post reminding you it was that night.

SYM : A little optional extra for HHH

It's not perfect and I had to copy a few tricks they did in JBI to get the wcw title to work as a winning motion object when you win a belt but I'm still toying with it but yes this is one of the extras for the new ver i'm working on.

(Yes I know in the in game lighting I have to fix where the property plate was on the wcw/world title as the leather doesn't match in that extreme lighting)
