I try to use the "one drawing split between several panels" comic trick sparingly, when I think it makes sense aesthetically for a scene, and I liked using it here bcs it felt like a nice visual and verbal accompaniment to escalating feelings. We’re finally moved into our new place, woo! It was two and a half months of some of the most stressed I’ve ever been, and I’m incredibly happy that entire process is now in the rear view mirror! 😤 We were lucky in just how fast all of this happened, but anxiety about the unknowns was really doing a number on me the whole time, haha.
