I thought you'd like to take a peek at another step in the logo process - the color gradient options have landed! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ I have to say I'm partial to 13. I think it's a nice balance of shine to matte that would work really well in just about every way I can foresee using it in print.
I do like the use of the red glint in 15 and 17, it's a nice touch considering I like to use spot reds in the comic, but I'm not really feelin' it the same way as 13 for legibility - I'm
A quick little speed run video for you! I don't usually record or stream the lettering and sketch phase of each page, bcs it's by far the messiest part where I tweak a lot of stuff or pull up references for characters I haven't drawn in a while, etc. The inks just seems like it's more pleasing to watch, but I maybe this would be fun to share from time to time too!
I don't know how safe it is to fall asleep with a toothpick in your mouth, but to each their own I guess! (;╹⌓╹)
