Pride 2023 WIP

Less than a WIP, this is more like a thumbnail lol but I just wanted to get my idea down. I wanted to do a pride version of the color wheel meme ever since I started seeing it pop up on Twitter last month. I’m picking characters myself because I wanted them all to be canonically in the LGBT+, be main characters, and from kids media (that I watched so I knew the context of their representation in said media).

For some reason, this dress reminds me of the sparkly Disney Princess art and I want to replicate the coloring in this lol. Hopefully I can get the look! I’ll probably edit Tails in a pic like this if I can ever find a better quality version xDDDDD just for fun!

Nervous Crystal WIP

I thought going back to college was going to help me get motivated to draw more, but we've done so little actual drawing I feel rusty.... :( I don't like how anything is coming out so I tried sprucing up something more recent to see if that will help get the ball rolling again.

Anyway here is a WIP of what I did. I digitally reinked this drawing that was originally on paper and decided to color it. Thought I would share the WIP for now :D

LOL listen, I'm trying to make my own things here, but FIRST. Some fanart. I wrote a short script for a comic for MerMay and I HOPE I can finish the comic in time (probably not), but I figured I'd put a preview of it here. :) I won't be posting the whole thing because I want some of the story to be a surprise!

Heart Attack Animatic (WIP)

In class we had to make a little storyboard, and my teacher said for my final project, I should try to animate it or at least make an animatic. Well I got half through it lol. The song is called Web of Love by The Scopitones, it was his idea to use it but I liked it. I did MOST of this the day before it was due 8D

I need to update my portfolio so I was gathering these and decided to post them here. I think 46 is my favorite but I spent the longest amount of time on it too. I always appreciate that they continue to let me work on Sonic stuff. I love these characters so much.

Hey! Got this one finished this weekend, that means the only left is Crystal. I was tempted to leave out her age as it seems Sega isn’t acknowledging character ages in their bios anymore? Lol maybe in another 18 years I’ll do their refs again and leave out the ages.

Cosmo Covers

Going through old art lol, I didn't do much for the two Cosmo mini series but I really liked the series and wish they'd do more. 

Anyway above is a bunch of background variants I submitted to Archie because I could not figure out what I wanted to do with it. 

The other art is what I submitted to NYCC for their auction for St. Jude's. Holds a special place in my heart hehe. Hope you dig seeing some older stuff from me! 

Best of Loud House/Casagrandes 21-22

I was told I couldn't share whole pages of my Loud House/Casagrandes stuff, so I compiled a bunch of my favorite panels or sequences to possibly add to my portfolio page... IDK if i want to but I thought I'd at least share it here. So far I've worked on 8 stories in total for this series. It's been fun!

Many years ago, I was asked to do some art for a short film. It was part of a contest Nerf was doing in Canada, I believe. Some kid won the chance to star in a short film? I think? LOL All I know is I was asked to do art for a background story that would play at the beginning to set the stage for the short, as well as do a movie poster.
