Welp. This chapter was mostly done yesterday. As in about 3500 words with just the last scene to go. And then I decided to go into a bit of Neo's perspective on events since there's a scene from her POV. And then I had to do research to try to get her perspective right. And then that scene ballooned to become about two fifths of the chapter and add another two thousand words.
