Live Drawing Class

Also working on the D&D group designs. Starting with Beltran, a Warlock halfling.
I think I did a great job on the face, surprised I could pull off a decent humanoid face :D

Update: Gave him more camouflage-y colours for a snowy environment and also, of course, magical ice horns :D

Current progress on this big dude, he's a mix of Behemoths from FFX and FFXIII, now he needs some personality :3

Back with some more progress on this!
Basically finished the bg, just add to add the water ripples effects and the water dripping from the fountains.
Also need to add highlights and shading to the woofer.

Never shaded water with crosshatching so I guess it's gonna be an interesting one :D

Some more progress. Might use the second image where the paw is showing and fix the background around it because I felt it looked better.

So this has been really fun so far.
Used Blender in the beginning to do a quick background and see how the big dude would fit in.
(Ignore the horribly deformed mannequin, I just needed him to take space)
Then used freestyle on Blender to get some rough outlines for the bg and started posing the big dude.
I can't do many experiments with Blender because my laptop is crap and dies if I turn cycles on, which is fine, I like to redraw all the lines anyway.

I honestly love them all. So will try to develop even the ones that don't get picked

The pose requested was kinda difficult but I'm already liking the direction this is headed to.
