Master PDF Update 1.16

Oooh, we got some big ones in the pipeline this month; a nice mix of humanoids to fill out some underserved corners and some huge expansions to lycanthropes and modrons, then we're getting started on the ramp-up to the demon book, starting with the heavier end of the CR spectrum.

Phalanx and Ritual Warriors

These ritual warriors are my take on the tribal warrior, but what's cool to me about modern tribal warfare is the distinctly non-universal element of ritual combat, which has nothing to do with political structure, so I decided to name the warriors after the salient element rather than imply any sort of equivalence there.

Also, that MM "Tribal Warrior" is pretty fucked. Criminals, tribesman and dogs all basically share a stat block. They wrote that up in 2015 y'all.
