Swimmer Dunk

My first aquatic dino (though techincaly an armored fish but still cool). Workign on these dinos has me actually wanting to do like...environmental art? i have been kind of doing loose backgrounds on these but its only making me wanti to flesh things out more

also gonna try to do more gesture drawings in the coming future to try and get my poses a lil more dynamic. I have done pretty good with these dinos so far but im hitting a wall which means its time to improve uw u 

Natural Urges

Sweet meat has a big T-rex husband named Lockjaw, he is a true caveman type so he can seem abit simply but is a well experience warrior. Though his wits may not be the best in everyday life, he is shockingly cunnining.

He married Sweetmeat after they spent some time traveling together, eventually making pilgrimage to an altar of The Mother (goddess of fertility in their setting) to get married.

also i had a neat idea on primitive weapons that would really only work in like in a primordial forest, but essentially dipping things in sap and letting it like super harden . So you get stuff liek Amber Leaf shields and weapons made from dipped bones too. ow o

Like i know this specific look brings alot of other ideas to mind, but i mean in a primitive era where you dont have certain concepts. Its very likely someone could go into battle like this and no one would bat an eye.

I have always loved the anklyosaurus (the dinos with the armored backs) cause they are just lil living tanks with their big ole hammer tails, i feel like you can have alot of fun with that character design wise uw u

a reminder that Gnash is a primitive lizardfolk druid who loves dinosaurs and has them as his totem. He will solve every problem he can by either turning into or summoning dinosaurs.
