It is becoming more difficult to find an audience.

1. Instagram is a shadow ban. In a month, from 500,000 accounts, it decreased to 30,000 people who see my profile. I can't buy ads either. This means that my profile is seen by the same people.

2. My Telegram channel was blocked (but the ban can be bypassed). In a month, from 3,400 subscribers decreased to 2,300 and they are decreasing every day.
