Earlier this month, 8th edition of Warhammer 40k arrived. I'm huge fan of 40k, but somehow haven't yet done a 40k inspired piece. In honor of the new edition, I want to do a pinup girl from one of the 40k factions, but I need your help deciding which one to do. So cast your vote now!

Woot! Got her all finished up and ready to go! I'm really happy with how she turned out, and so is the client who commissioned it. And because I  like you guys so much, and as my way of saying thank you for your support, you get to see the naked versions!

Derby Gil Pinup Tattoo NSFW (Inked)

Here's the NSFW version of the tattoo design I'm working on. Even though the client is getting the SFW version, I offered to make him a NSFW version for his personal collection. He gladly accepted my offer, and he was gracious enough to let me share it with you all.

Derby Girl Tattoo Commission

I recently had someone approach me after seeing my art and commissioned a piece he plans on having tattooed on his body. His wife is really into roller derbies, so I'm doing a stylized pinup version of his wife in her derby gear.

Needless to say, I'm super excited and honored to do this piece. And I'll be sharing the progress of it with you guys, and I'll definitely post the final tattoo once he has it done.

All done! I quickly realized while working on this piece that mechanical details and linework is something I struggle with. The most difficult part of this pic was the motorcycle. Overall, I think it turned pretty well. And I really like the monochromatic look of it.

Since I did the original image back in August of last year, I've improved quite a lot. And since I grew unhappy with how it looked, I decided to upgrade it to be better. This is the result.

It seems to almost always end in a tie. So I'm doing both winners: D.Va and Subterror Fiendess. I figured I'd do D.Va first. I'm gonna some of her mecha in the shot, and have the tentacles be "upgrades" coming out of her mecha.

This has been a long time in the making

Since I finally got Cat Dancer done, I was able to finally make the playmat I've been wanting to create since I first drew Panther Dancer. 

It's about damn time.

And here she is, folks. It was kinda weird going back to coloring her the same way I did the other Lunalight pinups, but I'm happy with how she turned out. I hope you like her, too.

Double Mermaid

I realized after I was in bed last night that I forgot to draw a mermaid yesterday. As penance for my sin, I drew two mermaids today. And to help make up for my oversight, they're having a bit of fun with each other. ;)

I was on vacation...

Sorry for the lack of updates and mermaids. I was on vacation at my parents' house, which somewhat stunted my ability to draw dirty pictures. But I did manage to draw several mermaids.

Cuttlefish Mermaid

I was challenged to draw a cuttlefish mermaid, so of course I accepted. I think she turned out quite adorable.

I actually colored one!

I figured I'd do at least one colored mermaid for the month. I did this all on my phone, so it looks a bit odd compared to my normal stuff. Still like it, though.
