For March, while I start getting things going on my comic projects, I wanted to keep the month's illustration-theme pretty simple with a pair of characters that I just adore.
Tron has been a longtime favorite of mine since I was young, and despite the mixed reception of Final Fantasy 15 (which is a favorite of mine in the series fyi) I was absolutely smitten by miss Cindy Aurum....
While it’s on my mind I wanted to quickly mention that I want to shift gears a little in what my focuses are starting next month knowing March.
I’ll go into detail about it in another post, but I want to start bringing more of a focus to my personal comic projects so things can start moving forward on them. I’d still like to do monthly themed drawings, but I think I might limit it down to one guarenteed full illustration a month (along with potential bonuses like variations, PSD...

The week ended up being busier than I'd expected and I wasn't able to find the time for other characters, but before the month is out I'll have two more pieces done that feature Roxanne and Flannery, two of the most iconic Gym Leaders from Ruby and Sapphire!

Really hoping to deliver in more quantity this month despite how short the month is. Here's a rough WIP look at what I'm thinking for Glacia, one of the Elite Four members from Ruby and Sapphire.
I want to try and keep the linework quick and loose this time, and the colors a bit more limited.
After having another look at my Winona drawing, I went back in and made some adjustments and small additions. Mostly upped the saturation and contrast- the disparity in what I see on my tablet-monitor and how things look on my regular monitor we just too different to ignore. I should take some time to get the two calibrated.
Anyways, enjoy this updated version! Or continue to enjoy the original version, whichever!! I'll be back with a new Gen 3 trainer soon!

Hi Everyone!
January did not pull any punches going into the new year and I've had to deal with some very unexpected events.
The Jan. monthly rewards have been slow to produce (particularly the video editing on the Process Video), but I should have that and the PSDs available by end of the day tomorrow!
I'll also be starting the next Poll for February tomorrow as well! The main theme for the poll? "Pokemon Generations"!

I’ve been trying to get some ideas for this month’s illustrations, but a big surge of inspiration for my original comic project hit me like a brick and it’s hard not to act on it.
I’ll have things rolling with this month’s work this week, and I want to try and incorporate updates about comic somehow too- maybe with a private blog or tumblr page that members can follow my ideas and progress with?

Officially the last drawing of the year! I wanted to squeeze this in before the month was up- I had the biggest urge to draw some winter Princess Peach and Daisy, but only had the time to get Peach done. I'll have to save Daisy for next time!
