Update About Last Blog Post

Ugh.  Thank you for all the congratulations!  For about three hours I was on the highest high... just to get a call twenty minutes ago from my realtor saying that I was bought out.  I had even already signed the finalized paperwork to approve the buy.  But apparently unless I get the documents in my hand, I can still be bought out.  This other agent (not mine) gave these other people another change to buy the place and they did... all in cash... and substantially more...

Hummus Episode Discussion

There are many ways to make hummus.  Traditionally you should use chickpeas and tahini sauce.  But if you don't have either, you can use BEANS!  Garbanzo or white beans... heck whatever you want.  The replacement for tahini would be peanut butter.  Then just blend it up and you got yourself some hummus!  Cooking on the cheap with Adorkable Twilight!
