Venus fly trap

The headpiece was an experiment for sure. 

What I used:

Flowers, moss, hot glue, headband, craft foam, acrylic paint, toothpicks, liquid latex, cotton balls

Green facepaint is mehron and the contacts are from uniqso 

I love lamp (moth cloak 🌶)

Only had one of these that I LOVED I do want to do a fun little I love lamp shoot though for giggles 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Moth wing cloak step by step

This was a cute little side project that I finished in a night lol I just really wanted one but oh my I might never take it off. It's warm, soft, comfy and so cute! It's made of fleece that's hand painted the neck tuft thing I already had and the fleece I already had as well. I think the next time I do this I'll definitely add something between the layers of fleece to give them a little more stricture but otherwise I love this

This was quite the impromptu shoot, so fun though. It was so wonderful working with rosei! Such a kind, caring soul 💕 which ones your favorite?? I just got lightroom for some higher quality photos! What do you think?

Mushroom photo dumb anyone?? Happy October everyone! I'll be working nonstop this month to get the Venus fly trap done to my liking, working on the exo a little and showing you what came of our lovely shoots we have done over the last couple of days. This is the first 😄 miss mushroom

I've been pretty burnt out from convention still but ill be working on the exo more soon were so close to being done. I got a ghost for my birthday from toast! ☺️ I'll be doing a scary tea party next week on Thursday and I'll be getting some of the shots from the shoots at the convention soon! Axolotl ❤️ progress and finished

First full sewn bodysuit. Honestly fits great, super comfy, free butt pillow 🤣🤣🤣🤣 excited to wear this one out and just have fun. Tomorrow will be midna and Sunday I'm not sure, who do you think I should sport Sunday?? I was considering moth. Sending lots of love your way. Exo is definitely not ready yet 😫  still have gloves, boot covers which are hard af and finishing the cape and the thigh peice. Oh well

I'm looking to add a little structure here, to manage expectations and such. I know its been rough financially for everyone and thus there's been a dip in patrons I think for everyone all around. I want to have this finished and the real light axolotl for Edmonton expo so the two week countdown starts I've started on the shoulder pieces because I feel like theyre going to be the most difficult aside from the cape. I'll work on that one next I think. going to be using epoxy clay for the very first time for the hawk. 

I do have a spicy shoot planned for you guys, still not sure if I'll be moving or not.

loved this look and shoot, will definitely be doing more spooky stuff especially coming up to the spooky season :) I have so many ideas for cosplays to work on definitely have the creativity flowing again

at a crossroads with this application I think lol my phone doesn't seem to like it and I think that has also been feedback from you guys that the mobile application could definitely use some work. I'm happy with the available merch and such but I unfortunately am struggling a little financially and would like to add more hype here and find better ways to support myself. with this I am looking for suggestions. Getting more comfortable in my body again, and finally my work is getting seen again. I'm super excited to have the exo done I'd love it done for expo. We will see.

Big updates!!!!

I changed the fabric I was making the armor out of using the same pattern with a couple of inches added to the bottom. So it sits nicer and there's area for adjustment. The foam is a camping mat from the dollarstore if you can believe it. Unbelievably light and easy to work with im so happy with the shapes so far im going to do the test of the edges and Dremel in some of the other details and then I think its safe to paint!!! I'm so excited

Slowly but surely! I'll work more on the chest plate tomorrow. Just needs some smoothing and some patterning for the gold bits I should get the fabric for the pants tomorrow as well

Working on the the clothes

I just need to work on the bunch turtleneck looking thing, thinking of doing an infinity scarf type idea twisting it the way I'd like and then sewing it to the collar so it gives the texture im looking for. The pants have been HARD. Finding the right material with the right texture that I can work with and won't make me die of heat has been hard. I think I've settled on some stretch grey fabric. At least then I can have a little bit more mobility and still try and make it look accurate or at ...

Are you ready? I thought it could be a little cheeky to do a bikini shoot in the helmet because um proud of it, decided to try the suit in question with the helmet and im in love! I'll be moving onto the armor shortly I just thought this could be a really fun pit stop for the warm weather

Huge exo update!

Looks so different with paint. Still have the blue soul patch to do and some paint touches and the antenna but it's looking pretty sick

The rest of the summer shoot!

Working on projects! I'm seeing the end of the exo head and then I'm hopefully moving onto the Armour and outfit. Maybe I'll have it done by expo 🤔 we will see. I hope you all are doing well. I'm so burnt out from the weekend

Its been quite the weekend

Thought I'd give some spicy. Yesterday I had some eye troubles so I went to sleep pretty early and Friday I stayed at the convention ALL DAY my little brain is so done after all the socializing this weekend 🤣🤣 hope all of your weekends went well
