Incremental Change to High Level Tiers ($50 and up)

So I've been saying I'm going to increase the prices on the high level tiers to match my growing "Regular" commission prices since there's been a heck of a lot of demand at conventions, etc... More demand than I have time so an increase is just how it goes.
