From now on...Patrons are billed on the day they sign up, and on the same day each month thereafter. For example, if a patron signs up on the 10th, they will be charged on that day and on the 10th of each month thereafter. All patrons who joined prior to your switch to subscription billing will continue to be charged on the 1st of each month.
