Black-and-white is very often used in artistic nudes and in fact I love  black-and-white images, maybe because I mostly worked in black-and-white  when I still photographed on film.

I think, black-and-white  reduces the image to pure shapes, there no distraction by the colors and  the expression can be very strong.

I always (well, almost  always) look at the images in color and in black-and-white, and edit the  final version in the way of which I think...

Afrodita in a hotel room (series)

These are the first images I took of Afrodita this weekend in my hotel room in Madrid.

And  yes, I believe this beautiful young woman (not even 19 years old) was  more than worthwhile to travel a thousand kilometers! She looks so very  innocent and at the same time is so very sexy. some administrative changes

Until now my (honest) patrons paid at the end of the month for the past month. This was the only possibility Patreon offered to me until now.

Now I could change it to what they call "upfront payment" which means that payment is for the coming month.

For existing patrons this should change nothing, as much as I understand Patreon's explications. It just means that instead of that you paid for the past, now you paid for the future.

Right now I am very active in finding new models. Or in trying to find new models. I put ads where I can, I post in facebook groups, I answer countless emails and messages, of which 99% lead to nothing, I do test shootings (which I cannot publish) and try to convince women not to shave for a while :-)

So, in this session I  just used a bar stool and put the light only on the model without  illuminating the background too much, and concentrated on the shapes and  the expression the model offered.
