The concept was based on upper crust temptresses, jebeles, southern belles, and snakeoil philanthropists.

A villain inspired kynne made for an encounter or a rival overseer.

like the occupation for manipulation, it's a psychic/ poison type.

a fast-moving debuffer, that focuses on confusing the enemy and buffering her alleys.

a pain to fight but an incredible Kynne to have in your party.
