Hey 🌺 How is your weekend going? I have been packing and unpacking trying to make everything I own fit in my 2 suitcases and make sure everything is fine before I move out. It has been stressful but one thing that has kept me grounded and healthy in my mind and body is yoga. I'm thankful to be able to practice this whenever I feel overwhelmed and notice the change after I'm done.
