It's December! End of the year. Holidays, birthday, and for art, a little bit disappointed as I did not get my comic going as I thought I would--with sudden huge home costs, I had to diverge a lot of time and energy to merch and side commissions while we grapple with if we should sell our house and move or not, and then with possible tariffs, getting new dakis/books in before then..so at least for now, I can do some fun art for December to make up and do things I want to do this year still!
Do you guys want to see more holiday/wintery things, or comic and story pushing? I can do a bit of both, but i'll shoot for more, as opposed to fewer of top quality. I kind of miss the old request stream style. Maybe doing that this month would feel nice. In the meantime, here's November's content!

Finally, the finished product for The Delvers' Guide calendar pinup, wolf chief Cullen, hanging out and eating out, also ready to do both. This pinup in SFW mode will be featured in the 2025 calendar project here: https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/heartleaf-games/beast-world-2025-pinup-calendar and the NSFW version(s?) will be sold as prints, both by them, and me eventually in my shop!
I wanted to challenge myself and try to outdo myself at the same time, which comes at a bit of a time cost, but this was a fun result, I think? This was a digital painting through and through, with no lineart, learned a lot doing it, and while I think it might have its place, it's maybe not my thing unless I want to do specific styles of pinups in the future, or promotional work for some comics or projects.
Apologies for the slowness at the end of Nov. here, I know it wasn't something you all voted for, but it was something that I was locked in for time to get done before their printing deadline.. now that that's past, i can do fun stuff catch up and make it up to you in December! Hey all! We had a small kine dinner with some traditional stuff, but a good one. I hope those of you who celebrate had a good one too!
True to the title, I wanted to take the time after said dinner to draw a small thank-you picture and say it in words, of how grateful and thankful I am for all of you, even those of you who aren't here anymore, or will cancel for some reason.. every step of the way and every tier and dollar counts, it all adds up, and it all helps put the aforementioned food on my and my family's table... it's really incredible that I am able to draw things that you all enjoy, and things FOR you, as a living.
Though I am often slow, it's true.. I do feel a sort of constant pressure every month, every day, to make these pledges of yours feel worth it. I don't often feel I am. Especially compared to some of my older years where I felt I got a lot more done, I guess? I guess it comes at a 'cost' to moving where we are happy, having a kid, and other things that feel aren't too much to ask, but do take some kind of toll.
I appreciate the patience, though I'm sure some of you are out of it, for me to... start my story, set up Discord, stream more, etc., the honest truth is I really am going as quickly and sustainably as I can. There's no faster speed at which I can maintain. I'm only human, like you all, (i assume), and have been rolled a random set of dice at birth that gives us passives that come to either weigh us down or boost us up, and so our speeds and expectations vary.
So for those of you who like my work enough to, and are able, to support me, Thank you. I've got a LOT more planned, scifi and otherwise, and though i keep running overtime, I have drive! I have the vision! and it should be a lot of fun ahead!
PS. Enjoy this Kesis, feeling..some kind of way about this traditional turkey spread. Is it the can-shaped cranberry sauce that bothers her? We may never know.
Kacey! The much-neglected gazelle from Kilimanjaro, I kind of miss her design..i might fiddle with it a little bit, but overall i think she hits that "tribal-Faraday" feel. I don't think I've shared this before as silhouette...? It's been in my file for a while, and I just now cleaned it up a little bit and am looking through my half-finished sketches for inspiration.
This big softie guy is Cullen, wolf chief of the Beast World delvers' caravan. I've been doing a few pieces of him for their upcoming book and calendar, so can share those here! He's like if Massak was a wolf.
Commish FYI: I do have to wrap up a few of the owed/promised commission work before I can fairly open up, but I'd post about them here first, and wouldn't be first-come/serve. I'll have more on that later this year! If I'm being fully honest, I haven't raised my prices on Patreon/SS since it launched 10 years ago, and the price of everything has gone up, so I just really need to take a few extra works here and there. I really appreciate you folks all supporting me as much as you do!

How do we feel about ARA with messy hair??
I needed some kind of break back to her, and I had an old unused sketch from the fem-Mike pinup that i worked into this ARA pic. It was boring at first, I felt did nothing new, til I tried seeing how she'd look with curly-ish hair. Kinda fun?
The Tower's official name is 'The SkySpear' space elevator, and the orbital shipyard and station around Katric is the 'Blue Star Equatorial Low Orbit Platform'.
But it's way easier for everyone involved, including you, dear reader, to just call it the Tower and the Ring. I wrote out a very rough draft for the first act of my story, and The Tower is a recurring location for Vikna, ARA and others, so I needed to get a better grasp on what it might fully look like, including the terminus.
Unnecessary lore drop:
I described it before as being a print-head...it lets the rotation of Katric send molten material up and keeps it liquid until it reaches the print head. The endcap is a massive counterweight, with only very few passages through it, and mostly solid mass and print tubes. These tubes extend outwards toward the Ring on the North face, which is kept very flat except for some inputs for these tubes. The distance between the two structures is generally about 200m or so. The tubes are disconnected at intervals and can be moved up and down the Tower print head if a different crew in a different location needs it for another ship build.
The Ring rotates at a -slightly- slower speed, so that over the course of about 90 days, the Tower makes one full transit. Along the Ring, those said inputs are used to direct to internal factories where metal is cast and used directly in shipyards. Originally the metal was used to build much of the Ring itself, being the galaxy's largest 3D printer. Now, it serves both as shipyard and the primary spaceport for Katric, one of the largest in the galaxy by area.
And he's open to pre-orders (You can also just enjoy the art too, that's fine!) til the 18th!
The blue-haired femme leggy boi from Tanzania, Rehzi! Always getting into trouble with predators from around the globe, male and female, he's finally been caught...and doesn't seem to be complaining at all..? Quite happy with how he turned out! I think/hope I captured his energy, shapes, and with him, expands my daki catalogue with the first tribal one and first femboy.
I needed another male daki, and it was clear that female designs will always win any votes here, so I took it upon myself to slowly finish over the last 2 months his design. However, with the possibility of looming tariffs next year, I wanted to finish his up for pre-orders and possibly another soon too.
And he's open to pre-orders (You can also just enjoy the art too, that's fine!) til the 18th!

I tested a few things with this image. Without focusing really hard on 'accurate' lighting around forms, and just going for mood. Leaving some clean parts, some messy parts. Lightin contrast and some little things.. Happy Halloween! watch a scary movie!

ARA in a spooky little picture as Sadako from 'The Ring'.
I originally wasn't going to do an ARA spooky but the idea popping in my head made so much sense and i felt inspired to. Will be fun I hope! I'm not a big horror movie person, but of the few i've seen, The Ring is one of my favourites, probably because it's more suspense/puzzle-solving almost, rather than scares. I actually prefer the American remake over the JP original. My next fav horror movie is Event Horizon.
In some alternate universe where Massak is a blue collar farmer dad, an interesting and very-convincing ghost lady costume appears to him on Trick-or-Treat! Naturally, she wants his treat instead, and after a night of dealing with SNOTNOSED bratty kids TPing his house, he appreciates the chance to offer up a treat!

She lives on Katric, a frigid but generally hospitable planet with one massive city surrounded by mountains and ocean. Not much of the rest of the planet is habitable, but it's rich in the core, under the mantle. The ancient structure The Tower looms in the background, extending into low-planet orbit. Filled with offices and living space, its also a space elevator and 3D printer, of sorts..
The Tower uses the planet's core as filament and, rotating around Katric, has brought up billions of tons of metal to create and craft into an artifical ring that serves as a shipdock and additional city. Katric is rich in metals, but not so much for usable land area beyond the primary city, nor does it have any natural satellites. So this has helped greatly over time to serve as a multipurpose space and spaceport.

It's October, and I have some questions and ideas on what to work on here.. it's still my goal to set up an official Discord server for my work and stories, but it's been difficult to learn how to set that up the way I want, and I need to figure out my time managment, unless I get help.
So October, people sometimes do very 'themed' monthly events, like Inktober, etc. and I want to hear from you , my supporters, what would you like to see from me that's maybe a bit different than usual? I'm making this a multiple-choice, because I wouldn't want to lock-in to just one theme, I could see myself doing something from each of these categories, but I need to know how -wanted- the ideas sound.
Spooky things - Strictly in a stylistic sense, stuff like the mutant VST image I did last year ( which i just added to my Etsy, btw: https://fluffkevlar.etsy.com/listing/1803480689 ) I've kind of already done spooky ARA, VST...so maybe something with another character. I'm not really sure what but I like being challenged outside my comfort zone sometimes.
Sexy things - This is obvious, sexy cosplay is ALWAYS fun, and I don't fault anyone for wanting to see more of it. I've drawn most of my characters in cosplay somehow, except for maybe some newer ones, but if you have ideas, let me know! Could be other furry characters, game, movie or show characters..you know! But no pumpkin-fugging.
Silly things - A trick or treat gone wrong. Pranks at a halloween party. Pumpkin carving. That kind of cute funny stuff. Last year (or the one before) it was Zofie and ARA watching a scary movie. Stuff like that!
Autumn Mood - The other thing that strikes me about Sept-Nov is fall colors, trees and scarves. I don't get that here in Hawai'i but I sure miss it from my childhood Wisconsin days. I will drink pumpkin spice lattes and I do not care if people laugh.
So all this is just to see and get an idea for what people might like to see. I thought it would be different than the usual prompts, and maybe it will give me enough wiggle room to learn more about Discord servers and get some help setting that up. Thank you guys and gals SO much for supporting me this month--we really appreciate it!
It's been a little bit since I've drawn Loona. Wanted to give her another shot! After doodling this it made me realize it's very...daki shaped. Hrm. Not my intention at first, but its possible...enjoy!

Mithral lives in the palace amongst the many other guards, servants(should probably call them employees, but that sounds weird), and personnel, but really, he's Symat's friend and lusty femboy pillowbuddy that he can play with to keep his DNA out of any unsavory characters...
Mithral is Accelo's OC, with this supporting placement in the world as part of his character design, so it's been really fun to incorporate!
