This is the last action of this NSFW Shimeji :)
As you can imagine this action causes a TRANSFORMATION in the character, being first uncut and after this action she becomes cut permanently. As logic as it is, this cannot be turned back, once she transforms cannot return to uncut unless you manually summon a new clone.
