So. Bad news. This chapter is gonna be the last one for a good while. I just don't have any ability to write this story right now. Keep in mind, this was supposed to be just a brief thing, ended many MANY chapters back, and instead it got this far, so I feel good about that.

This chapter was tough, and I feel like I say that often about Koopa. I'm gonna work on it, but if I keep getting slowed to a crawl when I land on this story, a haitus to get my brain back in order might be needed.
For now, this chapter, despite being hard to write, was fun, and I hope you guys like it.
Sort of a thing I wrote for a short story contest. Didn't end up winning, so I'm sharing it here.
Basically, in a world where every Tall Tale, big and small, retired into obscurity after their legend is complete, Urban Legends and Cryptid Monsters begin rising up, attacking normal people. Forcing the heroes of folklore to use their working man skills to fight monsters.
Basically, it's Grimm or Supernatural, but with Tall Tale heroes as the hunters.

Like I've said before, I'm going to use the period between each scheduled fanfic to work on Rewired Saga or any random project that flows to mind. Rewired is still being worked on, but this got done earlier.
Basic idea though. David gets bit by a spider, get's powers.
