Those on my discord know I've been talking about this one for a while. It's a My Hero Academia Self-Insert, because I fucking love My Hero Academia. And it's a self-insert because this is my life now.
As for the actual powers, Bowser. The SI character is a teenage Bowser. He's only seen season 1 of My Hero Academia, because that gives him a lot of the basic info he'd need to have a strong goal, while making sure he doesn't know so much things aren't interesting....
