The Scope (of things to come)

So one of my story ideas that I started and fell by the wayside was the Scope series. I sort of lost interest in writing it after one of the parts was taken down because of the *implication* that a character experienced and orgasm after being stuck as a mannequin. But recently I’ve been thinking about redoing the series as a comic format. I scratch built the scope myself and even made the buttons pressable.

I have other commissions and some projects I still need to follow ...

Retrobot Couples

Oh dear. Mirage seems to still be under the control of the diner and is only too happy to O~B~E~Y and bring you your meal. Ignore that growing feeling of stiffness in your body. it will be all so much easier when you O~B~E~Y too...

Oh dear. it appears the entire team of D.O.L.L.s and Blue Pixie have all fallen under the control of the cafe. Oh well, at least it will be the best staffed cafe in Titan-Fall city!

From when I was young I loved the idea of being turned into a toy. It started with Chitty Chitty bang bang when I was very young, I was a windup doll for like three halloweens after seeing it. Blue Pixie redux

So I recently picked up the items to make Harlock’s OC Blue Pixie with Genesis 8 parts and couldn’t resist testing her out in both human and toy forms. I mean, I couldn’t just *not* turn her into a toy, now could I?

Thea seems to have been pulled into an old west playset where everything is simple and plastic, including her! She knows she should be trying to find something, but she *really* needs to get back to working the saloon she's totally always owned... right? 

Angel toys

The other day Kalira made a comment about loving angels in which Thea pointed out in a recent magic the gathering setting the angels were all turned into art deco statues of a sort. I like this idea and want to play with it, but I also got the idea of angels turned into windup toys, Their need to obey and serve a purpose turned against them as they are reduced into simple clockwork automatons that now serve the demons they once fought against.

Im not sure about which one I like more. ...

Kelsey the Jester full outfit

I wanted a bit more contrast with the jester outfit and I'm pretty happy with how these turned out. I love the idea of being hypnotized or mind controlled into being a happy silly little jester.

So i wanted to try something a little more slim than the clown outfit I used before and so this is the result of changing my actual skin texture to make it look like a skintight body suit. I played around with different designs for the cloth but still am looking for which ones i like the best. 

Trapped in an Old West Playset

Ive always loved the idea of being trapped in an old west playtown. I recently got assets to transform into a toy village and this month's supporter theme will see them all transformed and trapped in roles inside the town.  I love the idea of their willpower slowly being worn away as they try to resist acting out whatever role theyve been placed in, like a simplistic toy version of westworld.

Jay Petto has long been one of my biggest influences in CGI and I couldnt resist trying to take on one of his newer looks for toy soldiers.

youtu.be/ZbIEZiYw7gM  The next part of the animation rendered in one go. 26 hours and 54  minutes for 120 frames. it might not seem like much but the fact i got  it to line up with the rest of the animation on the first try and didnt  have to re-render it for another 26 hours is a HUGE feather in my cap.

POV animation 1-240 (error)

So... this is why rendering can be annoying. This is the previous scenes  with the turn added on.  The turn itself was 12 hours of rendering only  to find something went wrong with the lighting and it got way too  bright in the last part. After an hour or so of messing with it, i found  it was due to the fact I left the 'headlights' on the camera when I was  using the POV to align the model. I fixed that and then got to  re-render that same turn for another ...

So, I have been working on re-renderign the pov animation in a larger frame size and with better lighting. I will say it feels a lot better now and I hope you all enjoy it. That being said it is taking a *while* to render. we are 125 frames in and it's taken 18 hours of rendering to get this far. I hoe you all enjoy the full work when it's complete.

Christmas is a year round place of mind for me. And i just love the idea of transformed toys under the christmas tree.

Testing out some new ball joint doll assets. i'm rather happy with them overall, and I think so long as bent knees dont feature heavily it will come in handy for puppets and toys of all kinds. 

Do your arms swing low?

So, this is one of those times where Ive made the animations, I've aligned all the characters and its coming together beautifully... but I'm just not happy with it. The soldiers saluting don't have a long enough pause as they raise their arms and so instead of saluting it looks like they are just swinging their arms. 

So, that means it's back to the animation drawling board where I will recreate the animations and slow them down, re-apply them to each figure, and then ha...
