Wished to turn me into a bronze sexy toy soldier statue and I couldn’t help but think it was cute.

Somehow I ended up as a decoration in a hotel. People walking past, going about their day without ever knowing the statue is aware and helpless.

Experiment 626 behind the scenes

So it occurred to me this would make a great example of what I see verses what you all see.

This is the stitch picture I shared today as seen from a different angle with all the figure elements visable. That’s right, it’s actually three ‘me’s stacked on top of each other. The main body is what you all see, with the full jumpsuit, hair eyes etc, there is a second smaller version that is just the arms and guns that I have aligned with the first body and a little clever positionin...

Stitch is a very important character to me in a way that is a very long and personal story. But needless to say that when I saw I was getting close to 626 followers I had to try my hand at redoing a little experiment from a year or two ago on Twitter.

Toy Racecar

A fun little idea I’ve been working on and these are the first stabs at making it.

As you can see, the toy is fused into the car and the windup key is actually connected to the car. In a funny way it makes the toy an accessory to the car, almost. The toy doesn’t have legs but can still steer itself to move.

Closeups featuring the red and black models for the slutbots. All sexy and rubbery. I changed the material of the dress to a silk to give it some contrast with the rest of the model and I think it helps to let the viewer know that not everything is latex or rubber.

Slutbot T saw Slutbot K’s new EMM toy soldier images and was inspired to try its hand at modifying the design. Slutbot K Thoight the results were MUCH hotter than the EMM toy soldier and replicated the design.

And thanks to an interaction far too late last night with Slutbot D, Slutbot K has become Slutbot K. And Slutbot K is always a slutbot. Slutbot K+D+T are all slutbots now.

Back in my days on second life I would often hang around in Dollworks, one of the most interesting places there was the large floating pyramid owned by EMM (evil machine mistress) 01, who was always fun to see what they would twist people into and I even did a stint as EMM03.

Toy Soldiers Kelsey and Dawn, saluting forever

Well I call this a resounding success for the new clockwork animation format. It’s a lot of work and a lot of render time, but the result is oh so enjoyable.

The full salute sequence of a clockwork salute. I love how jerky and stiff it looks, but at the same time the fact a salute went from 60 frames to 180 is telling on how much longer every action takes.

So I want to make a set of animations for the toys I can apply to toys as sets. So this is now saved as “salute up” and can be applied to new toys rather than me needing to set up entirely new animation each time.

Clockwork animation test

So I ran out of time before I had to leave, but I was testing the ease of extending or changing the animation length and I’m fairly happy with how it turned out. I think I seriously underestimated how time consuming moving each part a specific motion at specific time arts can be. I’m looking into seeing if there’s a way to save the pose as a modification, but so far no luck.

So this is a further continuation of the same method I used for 04. Dawn was kind enough to volunteer to be a toy for this.

I’m happy with how this turned out but I might actually extend the wiggle at the end of each ‘step’ to make the jerky part more noticeable.

So this is a reversal of a reversal. It’s way more involved than the last but it’s probably the closest hit I’ve had yet.

So this one I’ve taken what I’ve learned from the first 3 and tried something different. This is the one that actually had me up at 4 am performing the Doll on a Music Box dance from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang trying to figure out how Truly Scrumptious’s movements woukd translate into movement in the daz program.
