This practice session was really fun and challenging! I tried some new moves that are hard, like the straddle split whack while balancing in and elbow stand as well as a handstand! I'm really happy with how it went :) And I got some new shorts in! Which outfit was your favorite?

I'm going to start putting together all the footage from filming I do for social media posts. You'll get footage that won't be posted anywhere but here as well as content that will be posted before it's posted to social media. I tend to keep my social media posts to 6-11 seconds. Here I've posted all the uncut clips, all in one video, for optimal viewing! :) what do you guys think of this idea? (this just means more content for you guys) <3
