Anime Expo is pretty much my favorite 'big' con, so I am always super hyped for it! Anyone else super excited and going?!

Ok, so for this image, first of all it's different from the rest because it is basically a full body portrait! Something I don't do in this series because of the pool layout, the complications, etc etc but we wanted to try it!

This image is the first one done from yesterdays photoshoot and features model and friend, Keikei!
We went for some 'icy' themes and feels for these! Iridescent 'shards' were made for color and to give texture to the images!
All of these are shot in a kiddie pool with some cloth 'backdrops' and dry ice for fog!

Super cute pic of HendoArt! Made sure we got that S-Curve peaking out here for the shot!
Decided on this background from the studio because it matched perfectly with her robe :]

My amazing friend Traci Hines as Belle from Beauty and the Beast! We did this shot a while back in Pasadena, CA! No strobes were used for this, I had an assistant hold a reflector up for us to block some of the light as it was overpowering us haha.

Hey guys! Shot this portrait of Maid of Might Cosplay as a mermaid in studio! Decided the tub would be a cute fit for this.
So how I shot this, I had one light slightly over head and I shot downward off of a small stepstool.
I also had 2 side lights along the longer side of the tub to keep everything brightly lit!
