Month's End Update!

Hey, guys. Just keeping you posted on a few things. 

• It's the end of the month, so remember to let me know which anthologies you want via PM if you are new!
• I'll have another sample of RGS2 tonight or tomorrow
• Reinbach is about half done with the cover. $5+ folks will also get an early peek at the NSFW version! ($2+ folk will get it a bit later). 
• The book is ~75% finished. It should be ready by the end of next week or thereabouts. 

The Ranger-General's Submission II, Chapter 1 Preview

Hey, guys. As promised, here's the first draft preview from the new book. It's a long chapter - 7k words - and I tried to include a little bit of everything.

The story takes place a few days after Legacy of Winter but before Wrath of the Inquisitrix (TAP 5 and 6, respectively).  The Roskarim were repelled at Icewatch, but Jorem/Kaseya/Valuri are all gone and Serrane is convinced the barbarians will be back.

 Hello!

I hope everyone enjoyed the book. Over the past week I've been outlining WoS#3 and a new Ranger-General story. As of right now, I hope to have the 2nd one ready in about three weeks. It is kind of refreshing to work on something a little simpler/shorter for a while. :P I know the kinks might not be everyone's jam compared to TAP or WoS, but my original "bondage" crowd that started following me after Elf Slave and Spider Queen have been deprived a bit lately.   

A Couple Notes

Hey, guys. A few people have written me with some corrections for Outcast - thanks! Remember that if you ever see anything, please feel free to comment/message/email me, preferably with a few words around the problem so I can do a CTRL+F and find it quickly. I'm obviously operating on a shoe-string budget so I rely on you guys and early readers to catch things. :)

Continuity notes are important too (someone noticed I had referred to Kaveri as the Emperor's concubine rather than the crown princ...

Hey, guys. While I finish drafting the last few chapters here, I have been mentally reorganizing the book's sex scenes. I'm considering changing the intro "quickie" scene into something Cole was thinking about all last book - a titfuck!

Wings of the Seraph: Outcast - Prologue

Hey, guys. Here's a little teaser before I post a chapter one preview later. Reinbach is almost finished with the cover, so I'll probably put them out together tomorrow. Because this is relatively short, I'll just past it into Patreon and combine it with Ch1 in a PDF tomorrow. 

While outlining and drafting the book I kept wondering if I should do a prologue with a psychic vision, given that Jorem had some visions in TAP, but considering Cole is a precog it seems pretty appropriate. <...

I know it's creeping pretty close to the end of the month, but since I only promise 10k words and the book is closer to 32k I don't feel so bad. :P

Wings of the Seraph Ch3 Preview

Hey, guys. I just emailed out a new preview of chapters 1-3 for $2+ Patrons to tide you over until the book's release.  I'm am finishing the last chapter right now.  

During editing I'll be making a few continuity changes, like a finalized version of how space travel works, but otherwise everything in the preview should be mostly okay. 

I'm expecting a finished version of the cover from Reinbach today, so I'll be sure and post it. :)

Wings of the Seraph, Ch2

Hey, guys. Here's another draft preview for you to enjoy this weekend. Once again, I would love any feedback you have!

The book doesn't have an ETA yet other than (this month), but it's probably 75%ish done. It's going to take a bit longer since it is the first book of a series and I really want to get all the details right to set the stage for more. 

Oh, and Reinbach is supposed to start working on the cover this weekend, so we should have an image of Cole and Kaveri soon. :)

Wings of the Seraph Ch1 Preview

Hey, guys. So here is a rough draft of the opening chapter for the new book. It's pretty long (~6k) and I tried to include a little bit of everything - sex, intrigue, and action. 

As you can imagine, this kind of thing is really important for a new series. Most people won't read beyond a few pages if they aren't already hooked, so I would really appreciate any feedback you have. The main question is: would this whet your appetite enough that you would want to keep reading?

New Character Profile: Kaveri

Hey, guys. I figured I would drop some more info on the new story, including a little profile of the protagonist's first love interest. 

The mystery of her background is an important part of the first book, but I can at least talk about her appearance. She will be on the cover along with the main character, Cole (aka, the regular human guy). I wanted a classic "blue girl" race like twi'lek/asari and so forth, and I settled on something kind of like the appearance of a Draenei from Warcraf...

Hey, guys. I thought I would give a bit of a lore preview as I continue work on the next book. The tentative series title is "Wings of the Seraph." I'm not sure yet if Book 1 will just use that title or if I'll go with "The Master's Jewel."

It's done!

If you pledged last month, your copy of TAP 6 should be in your email. I really hope everyone likes it. Concluding a series (or even a "season" of a series) is a pretty unique challenge. I like to believe I have learned a lot since the end of Elf Slave many years ago. We'll see!
