Yes is a very useful way to ground some elements in reality, like this visor, I use some refs from the 2000's comics and some sports wear that I don't really know what it's for but it looks nice XD

Photoshop Brush Pack

I've gathered the brushes I used to create the frosted effect on this month's illustration.

I did not make this brushes, I've collected them over the years and now I'm passing them to you, use them wisely.

From sketch to Inks

Something I've mention before on my Journal is the importance of prioritizing when inking, some lines are necessary at first, but as I move forward I make sure to keep them to a minimum, only a few are needed if you're adding as much color as I do lol.

Is kind of amazing how clean it looks considering how messy it gets when I'm making it, That's something I love about art, it doesn't matter how many times you mess up, in the end you can always make it look pretty.

Bobby process (color FX)

For the Ice parts I created a separate layer with different shades of blue and the toke some pieces off so the skin could show trough. I also changed the lines to white and added some snow flakes in a very low opacity for that frosted look.
