Oliver Queen - Green Arrow (Line Art)

For the background I kept the structure of the JLA series and customize with the bow and arrow ornaments... you can see the burnt textures I used to create the scars, I figured they would look more "rough" this way 🤷🏽‍♂️

In this file you can find the different elements grouped in folders and the Oliver folder has a mask that can be turned on and off to hide the tip of the PP when the pants are on... cause is a little too big 😅😅

I don't particularly like the suit from the show so I just skip it 😅 kinda what I did with Aquaman... I still wanted him to look like Green Arrow so I gave him the training outfit LOL I'm not sure if the quiver thing is correct, but they have a few different ones in the show, I made like a simple inbetweener. Oh and that hard staff too 😉

Hello friends I finally finished this new portrait of Oliver Queen as seen in the TV show "Arrow"

This very requested portrait has been in the works for a while... and I'm very happy with the final result, I tried a new technique for the scars... the last one wasn't bad (you can see it in the Snake portrait) but I wanted to try again to make them a bit more "burnt" I guess? 😅😅😅

Coloring Big Boss

The best part of drawing Snake is that I don't struggle with symmetry, although... it was a bit difficult to make the one eye to look "focused" it was like looking into the void, I've done a few eye patches in the past and I still can get used to it 😅😅😅

I thought the scars were going to be annoying at first, but I went the subtle way and I think they look quite nice, overall I'm pretty happy with this face 😋

For those of you that want to know more of the creative process, I put together this Illustrator file, it includes the lines resulting of the "inking" process and the shapes that will contain the colors later... I also use this to create the structure of the background and any other mayor elements that will be textured later in Photoshop.

For the Background I tried to merge some of my favorite Art-Nouveau elements with the vibe of a Telescopic sight, but like "tactic" (sometimes I wonder if I make any sense 😅😅😅) I added the silhouette of the Giant Robot (Sahelanthropus) in the back, to make it scary and a bunch of the super cute tiny icons from the game... I usually complain about drawing hands... But after drawing a couple of bionic hands (Bucky and Big Boss) I think I prefer the human ones 😅 I really wanted to display the red bionic arm cause it's pretty cool and an important part of the design of the character, but next time I'm skipping it 😆😆😆

Ta-daaah! When I was making this drawing I kept thinking to make him "Virile" not exactly heroic but you know... badass 😆😆 I think I succeeded. I was tempted to draw his behind cause is quite epic, but the front has more of an impact on me personally 🙈

Coloring Batman

I started with the eyes as usual and moved around trying to find the perfect balance between "handsome Robert" and "emo Bruce" 😅😅😅

At first I added a lot of lines for reference and the early shading makes him look a bit old, this happens often with very pale skin. So I go back and smooth things out, erasing some of the lines and creating a softer structure.

I was a little nervous at some stages when he wasn't looking a lot like him, but after adding some key elements like...
