Hello wonderful RKG patrons,
Here's the first episode of the brand-new season of Retry. If you thought this would be a nice palette cleanser before we get around Sekiro, you'd be wrong.
We've whacked the difficulty up to Hardcore mode, which means tougher enemies, limited ammo, and limited saves. We've made life very hard for ourselves, but would you expect anything less?
We hope you love this series. We're having so much fun making it.

The new series of Retry will start on Saturday, August 3rd.
Early Access and above Patrons will be able to watch it a day early and ad-free on August 2nd.
If you thought this would be a nice little break after Dark Souls, you'd be very much mistaken. We're doing it on Hardcore mode – so very limited resources and saves. It'll earn the name 'Retry' for sure.
We can't wait for you to see it.

We've reached the end of the very first season of Retry.
This was an epic season, and deeply special as it was the first supported by you – RKG patrons. We're so happy that we're able to do this full-time and focus on making the best videos possible. We wanted to started with Dark Souls 2, as so many people have wanted it for so long and we thought it was time we concluded the Souls trilogy.

Last week we flew to Hamburg and played Man of Medan – the first in a new horror anthology series from the folks who made Until Dawn – aboard a spooky old fishing boat.
We're having a go at the game's new co-op mode, where you each select a character and pass the controller when the action focusses on them. (It's probably how you played Until Dawn with mates.)
