I think the stress of travel and the fact I will be giving a wedding speech (that's gonna be weird), make it too hard for me to focus and write. I had one day to do the edits and while I had hoped to write while on the road...that was a pipe dream.

My beta-readers have signaled that most cannot even provide timely feedback on the writing, and I, personally, am a bit tired as well.
There are more substantive edits needed in the second half to make sure the chapter hits all the notes. I think the bones are good, but releasing it today would be a poorer experience even if I could do it. I am staring at ...
