By popular request, I have figured out a way to put the advance chapter on the site each week in the least disruptive way, behind a temporary password, rather than just dumping the entire text of the chapter here on Patreon. Each week the content of this page will change to show a new chapter. If anybody has any suggestions, problems, or requests, please let me know!

nostalgia for infinity – 9.4

Here it is, at last! This is an advance chapter, accessible by patrons only. Earlier today I published chapter 9.3 on the Katalepsis site, and here is 9.4, complete and finished. Next week, this chapter will appear on the main site, and if everything goes to plan you'll all get 9.5 early!

The way I do this is all subject to change based on your input. If reading on Patreon itself is unacceptable or ugly, I can post these early chapters on the wordpress site instead...

A hopefully unnecessary note.

Hello all! Hope you are all well. This will be a very short post, and hopefully isn’t important.
Patreon has been sending emails around to creators to let us know that due to some legal changes, they’re adjusting how they calculate VAT (that’s sales tax for Americans) on various pledges, starting on June 1st. This affects patrons rather than creators, so they’ve also advised us to let you all know.

A question for patrons, on goals.

Hello all! I hope this post finds you well. I’ll keep try to keep this short and to the point - I don’t want to take up too much of anybody’s time.
I have a question for all my current patrons, about goals, chapter lengths, and chapter frequency.
When I wrote the current milestone goals on Patreon - $200 dollars a month for the promise of a month or two of 2 chapters per week - Katalepsis was in a very different place: chapters were shorter, closer to 4-5k words....

February 15th chapter will be delayed by one week.

Hello all! I don't usually like to use patreon posts - I don't want to take up anybody's time with anything that isn't more story, but I'm making an exception in this one instance.
Despite my best efforts, this week's chapter will be delayed by one week. Normal posting of chapters will resume on the 22nd of February. To all of you who support Katalepsis via patreon, big or small, I'm deeply thankful for your support so far, and very sorry for the lack of a chapter this week!

Recently I've received a couple of requests as to whether or not I've set up a discord channel or something similar for Katalepsis.
