as an elise player, the change is very nice i can tell you that, it will not make me put her up a tier tho, but she is quite strong in soloq in right spots, my biggest problem is i feel like reksai is a better elise and easier to play too, elise is very hard 2 play good and is also AP, so if you have an ap mid and cc support ur game becomes very  hard 2 play.

eve buffs are nice and helps her be more versatile in her gameplay, not needing to go on just squishies, does a better job ...

Sett added to the list, he is quite good vs melee picks, he is better in pro play as a flex pick and pushing for prio, he is worse blindpick now and worse at just pushing for prio and ignoring enemy laner, so mainly a pick into melees like katarina, fizz etc now.

blitzcrank is only S+ if the meta favors him, meaning immobile carries squishies, enchanter supports, 1 hook = 1 kill. right now ppl are playing more melees overall, less enchanters, so these buffs he is getting doesnt make him pick ban support.

maokai changes barely affect him as a support, the R change matters more than passive change and even that one is very small, so yea no changes to him.

rakan buffs on 12.19 are welcome but doesnt do enough for him to be s+, its a hard ch...

Buffing malphite like this will not make him S+ or something, malphite is too specific to be good every game.

pretty good nasus buffs recently, S+ / S in some spots, just very matchup reliant, very good champ in right cases., up a tier.

good start of buffs for udyr, like i said on his initial rework, very strong on toplane, but now hes just alot weaker, will need more than this for me to move him back up

I see hidden potential in new syndra if piloted by a good player, up a tier. Her lane is way worse, and will struggle to build an early lead over her counters, but her scaling and utility with new stun later etc is really good, Her winrate is low but i expect it to grow with time.

ekko buff does nothing

Fizz buff is much better than ekko buff, and stopwatch + zhonya nerfs helps fizz too, syndra is fine matchup for fizz now that syndra is gutted in early game, Up a tier.

Lulu down a tier, her hypercarries got nerfed, and the other hypercarries are very situational, except for twitch. ( vayne kog sucks in a lot of games ) on top of this she gets nerfed in the way that youd want to have lulu ( W nerf in Peel, In Offensive and in CD... )

Janna up a tier, the enchanter hypercarry meta is falling away, making janna better since she isnt as much of an enchanter as lulu yuumi, so picking her makes more sense.

Ashe buff doesnt do much, it buffs hypercarry ashe, nto really lane ashe, or support ashe or anything, so it doesnt do anything for her ranking.

Kalista down a tier, Ashe being buffed means shes picked more meaning less kalista games, and youll get ashed a bit more, also the ashe buffs matter a bit more in these type of matchups since theres more auto attack based fights.
