SOLOQ JUNGLE TIERLIST 12.10B
Moved shyvana into tank tier. Shyvana is actually useful now, she benefitted of durability changes alot as she does well in sustained fights and is very very tanky in early game now.
Lillia up a tier, very strong AP jungler, can go both full ap liandry build and riftmaker build vs melee comps.
Reksai down a tier, maybe go up a tier again after lethality items gets buffed, but his dmg is worse and early ganks / dives harder to do than before , loses hard 1v1 in jungle vs alot of ...

Enchanters are quite good, especially because the meta adcs like Kogmaw, Vayne are very strong and benefit having lulu especially, which makes her S+ this patch.
Zilean is also quite a bit better
brand is better overall, so he is buffed in support too, he is better version of zyra now.
Zyra down a tier, she is very good vs melee comps ( similar to brand ) but now brand is just a better zyra except if you really want to peel, but if you want to peel why play mage supports....
12.10B SOLOQ BOTLANE TIERLIST
Ashe down a tier, relied on snowballing lane and making picks, harder to do now when enemy has more stats, and people are tankier so she cant dps as much as other options.
Jinx loses value, because her strength was being a good laner while being a good hyper carry, now the champions like vayne and kogmaw are harder to abuse in lane and outside of it you could get away with vayne and kogmaw as hypercarries instead of jinx.

So main thing about this patch is champions that relies on short windows of burst to win lane/all ins are very weak ( Zed for example, you can tank his W E Q without dying now and push and recall so he is useless )
Or champions with consistant poke to win lane but they dont scale well also sucks ( Syndra )
Healing isnt too nerfed ( Vladimir is still playable )
The scaling assassins arent too nerfed imo, like Ekko Kassadin, but the ones like zed qiyana are worse, still pla...

sion got murdered this patch XD he was the best hullbreaker rush champion pretty much, the other tank champs are quite bad tho so he is still high up on list.
renekton needs more than this, still shit.
Olaf top is quite strong, but think its also a bit inflated because its a different champion and his winrate should get a bit lower i think cus ppl will be used to playing vs him.
Vlad up a tier because of the meta tops being okay for him, but hes not a great champ imo, tak...

Braum same tier as before, these buffs dont change when and why you are playing braum.
Pyke down a tier, NOT a bad champion tho.
Renata nerfs hurts ofc but she is still great vs melee botlane supports and melee topside champions, regardless of this nerfs. S tier range champ.

Olaf still sucks in jungle, maybe an okay laner but in jungle he isnt good, he is little bit better overall since his kit got better but his clear is very average now ( 3:12~ with leash )
Taliyah similar to olaf, i think both the champs are better laners, taliyah scales not bad but thats not always what makes a jungler strong.
Heca up a tier, he was very inbetween both tiers for me already, this is a small buff but W change is honestly quite nice.

TALIYAH !!!! very strong vs melee champions, basically veigar E and cassio W combined on her E, not so good vs longer range champions. Very weak early levels unless you hit combo ( unrealistic ) so keep this in mind do not grief the lane, play mindfully , once you are level 9~ you get very strong and oneshot every wave and your Q becomes a syndra R basically on 0 CD.
