Blitzcrank buff is quite nice, especially considering how vulnerable champs being played bot right now are to getting hooked (Ziggs, Syndra Ashe etc)
Thresh nerfed again, still a strong champ tho cus he was so overtuned, but its a very hard champ too, also blitzcrank got buffed (doesnt change matchup much but it means blitzcrank gets played more which isnt the best for thresh)
added some more champs to the list, except for that nothing much changes for support, just pick champs th...

Ashe winrate keeps going up. Ashe S+ now, good into mages (Ithey have TP no cleanse) your W range and slow lets you catch mages easily.
Cait buff is fine, not enough to boost her imo. people dont play around caitlyn strengths in soloq enough.
Xayah buffs nice but pretty bad adc meta for her (dont like mages)
MF has some bad matchups now (Syndra Ziggs) so shes down a tier
Too much range for brand and annie to work atm imo in botlane
Green = Easy | blue = medium ...

Gwen should still win lvl 1 trades and Viego is still better than all of the S champs imo. we will see , ofc they are weaker but if gwen still wins lane she will get back to same strength anyways so yea...

Shyvana buff is not very big imo, might create some AP bruiser build for top or jg, but for full AP nuke shyvana its not gonna do that much i think.
thats it basically lol, nothing else really changed for jungle this patch, Viego change is not important for jungle.

Annie nerf is useless, lane is the same.
Asol nerfed + buffs to his counters = tier down (syndra Cassio buff etc)
Cassio buff is nice and welcomed but not enough to help her go up a tier, winrate didnt change at all basically aswell + counters buffed (syndra)
Irelia W nerf is decent, ive seen her alot now and played vs her and shes a bit overhyped imo. S tier.
Kayle was barely S imo, so few people can actually make this champ work.
