Patch 11.12 SoloQ Midlane Tier list
Renekton nerf hurts him quite a bit in midlane, but runes are so op (Second wind, d shield) so its hard to bully him anyways.
Talon change hurts his early lane alot, as humans shouldnt be hit by 2nd W.
Ziggs buff is really big but this kind of midlaner is really bad in soloq ( needs to scale, no reliable way of killing enemy mid, roams are inconsistant, lategame his dps is really random (I100% skillshot) so he wont go up a tier, but hes alot better.

Regarding "locked" content
Some of the older content from like 2 months and more ago you cant view with this tier because i have to manually give access, which takes a really really long time.

Leona nerf is xD useless
I am aware of warmogs rush soraka, i think vs assassin teams it makes sense but you lose alot of damage + healing on R and W by going warmogs, ofc in long fights its good but yea i think for unskilled sorakas its good.
Moonstone champs are back. staff buff is nice too
Tiers are same as last patch, nothing makes a champ move up, soraka warmogs rush is biggest change i think tho, wardstone thing is useless imo

Ezreal buffs are nice, not sure if sunderer is really going to help him, i dont think he should rush sunderer just cus of 2% extra max health damage cus the healing thing really doesnt matter for ezreal
Senna nerfed unless someone comes up with a 5head lethality build
HoB champs should still go HOB so nothing much changes there, its just not as OP as before
moonstone buffs helps seraphine ofc

I think hecarim top got quite some buffs with sunderer change and his own buffs, but not enough to make him giga op i think but for sure something to try or look out for
Lee sin is still strong, he is low on list cus hard to play, but if u are familiar with him you should still play him, but hes not AS op as before.
Nice buff for singed mains, not enough to be meta ofc, has alot of bad matchups but its a nice buff

Heca AD might be s+ with divine sunderer, we will find out soon
naut might be piss broken xD
morgana still clears good so shes strong
rumble same as morgana
Diana is a bit better cus the reason why rumble and morgana was a bit better (_ clear speed ) got nerfed.

Azir has meta issues too atm, alot of champs that can oneshot him or get ontop of him, so mana buffs dont fix this, BUT it helps him bully more.
Lee sin gets a pretty big nerf, but hes still fine.
qiyana is a bit sad now, but not enough to murder her.
Nice ryze scaling buff, but not enough to make him go up a tier imo.
Seraphine buffs are fine, moonstone buff helps her too!
tierlist same as last patch basically, but some champs are a bit weaker and stornger, but ...
