Karma s+ now, good buffs
Anivia down a tier, other changes to botlane makes her weaker.
Pantheon changes hurt him a little bit in support, but more in jungle, hes still a good support.
moonstone is still okay with flowing water staff shit

Shieldbow and PD change helps vayne alot, making her go up a tier.
Jinx buffs makes her a champion
Ezreal keeps recieving help, really nice for him. keep your eyes out might reach s+ if this trend continues.
Samira, Lifesteal MF, Draven are all happy with shieldbow buffs.

Exact same as last patch
Udyr nerfs dont matter
Olaf was already S tier on my list, he will stay there, but pretty decent nerfs.
Taliyah still OP
Pantheon is the only champion that will actually be dead now. i just cba remaking entire list cus of 1 champ.
Shyvana is decent now!
Ivern still alive.

Added own tier for camille cus nothing is on her level.
I dont have enchanters in my list, if u like to play them go ahead they are fine but i dont suggest playing them for top mains cus i believe its hard to have direct impact in the games compared to camille irelia etc.
Riven up a tier, nice buffs
Pantheon down a tier
Gangplank is happy about shieldbow buffs, not enough for him to go up tho, too hard of a cahmp and isnt that good in soloq imo, way better in comp play...

Patch 11.3 SoloQ Mid Tier List
Seraphine takes a small hit to her items and kit, but she was so overtuned so she is S+ anyways.
Lichbane nerf doesnt hurt ekko as nashor tooth is better on him in most games.
Sylas moved to s+ assassin, anivia pantheon was decent picks into him and both are nerfed and his buff was quite nice.
Azir is decent this patch but so hard to play in soloq and hard champ in general, if ur a high elo player you can play him but recommend for lower elos to not play him.
