Nothing really changing here.
Aphelios has some matchup issues that will become better with time and these buffs will help him later on, Ashe will still fuck him up.
Samira added to the list, this champ is turbo nerfed and is only okay because shes new.

PATCH 10.21 SOLO SUPPORT TIERLIST
Pantheon nerfs are quite big as this champion is useless if he doesnt snowball so damage nerfs are good enough to make him go down a tier.
NImbus changes doesnt affect sett too much unless u wanna run long distance, flashing on ppl or hexflashing close range is still fine.
Trundle support does not get any help from these changes

PATCH 10.21 JUNGLE SOLOQ TIERLIST
Despite the nerfs nidalee and graves are still for sure the best junglers, karthus is a bit scared of nidalee and the nerfs she got helps him a little bit but not enough, i expect their position to be changed within the next patches if other changes occur.
Nimbus nerf hurts champs like sett volibear, hecarim doesnt have smite items early on so shouldnt matter much for him.
Heca nerf is irrelevant.
Udyr added, really poggers champ but better in lane than jungle atm.

Nothing changed really in this patch but:
Nimbus cloak nerf hurts Trynda and Darius a bit.
Udyr buffs are HUGE, S- For sure, might even be S this champion is really not balanced with R into W into E max for toplane.
Camille sidelaning vs tanks will be a bit weaker with her less attackspeed, her laning phase will still be just as strong and her Q oneshots will still happen so the champion is still fine.

same tierlist as last patch since nothing changed.
Corki buffs is something to keep in mind once meta changes and maybe next season with new items, for now its not enough to make him become good, he has alot of shit matchups like akali, irelia.
Nimbus cloak nerf hurts zoe a little bit.
Panth changes doesnt make him good for mid.
