Varus nerfs are a joke.
Tristana going down a tier, everybody is going exhaust and she has a lot of bad matchups right now, even her good mathcups like ezreal he just goes exhaust and you cant play the game.
Draven is okay, if you are really good at him he jumps a tier or 2.
Ziggs depends a lot on matchup, struggles vs kalista and ezreal, fine into most other ADs.

Karthus has finally fallen, Due to jgl meta changing and nidalee seeing more play people are picking Kindred, Graves, Nidalee a lot more than before which can cause issues for karthus. On top of this its enchanter meta which means redemption and shields and heals which creates issues for karthus, oh and fuck soraka.
The Queen and King of the jungle, nidalee and graves are dominating games due to efficient pathing and counterjgling.

Darius has an issue with sticking on people in fights, now after getting a reset his ghost continues, great champion for soloq now.
Maokai still best tank in game together with Ornn.
Unflinching changes helps a lot of resolve users in certain matchups or vs certain teamcomps.
Glacial Neeko, Chogath etc buffed if ur allowed to go approach velocity in your matchup.

Enchanters are popping off so Nami goes up as a soft counter to them in lane and blitzcrank is almost S tier, he is a good pick into lulu, so is leona.
Approach velocity buffs are nice and i think Sett is a great roaming and fighting support due to this, as he goes omnistone he gets access to approach velocity.
