PATCH 10.8 TIER LIST BOT SOLOQ
Shared XP nerfs hits champions like Kalista, Tristana, Draven, Lucian quite a bit.
Ashe being buffed hurts Kalista a lot.
Aphelios takes another hit, at this point hes going to drop soon if this keeps happening.
Syndra still the best mage to play in botlane, ziggs is really strong too tho.
Xayah buffs are nice but MF is the best ADC. Kaisa is also really strong right now so if you pick xayah enemy might go kaisa

Kalista nerfs hurt her toplane early levels which lets enemy top survive easier early on which makes her drop a lot in strength.
Sett nerfs doesnt do much.
Maokai still best tank in the game.
Urgot recent buffs helps him a lot and is a great pick into GP.
MU Dependant = Matchup dependant, so champions that are impossible to rate without being in a good matchup, for example fiora is s+ in some cases, but otherwise C etc.

Same tiers and champions like previous patch.
Sett, Senna nerf is not enough to ruin these champions or put them a tier lower.
Rakan is still S, and you should have him s+ if with xayah ofc.
Soraka is not S, tier however you could put her over pantheon.
The shared XP changes doesnt ruin supports, supports its more about the impact the roams has not the individual gain of XP.

Patch 10.8 Tier List JUNGLE SOLOQ
Buffs to Camp XP after lvl 9 makes it a bit nicer to play champions that can rush level 9 and continue to farm after that ( Shyvana, Karthus, Evelynn etc etc)
Solo Kill XP helps champions like Shaco, Rengar, Karthus, Pantheon, Lee sin.
Shared XP nerfs champions like, Panth, Jarvan , Elise etc etc.
Nothing crazy changing in jungle this patch, you can still cheese around with pantheon, but if youre playing pantheon and enemy has Karthus jungle they ...

Solo XP kill buffed, share XP nerfed. Which means:
Assassins like Fizz, Zed, Katarina that can solo kill opponent gets buffed, meanwhile "sinner" champions that are going to push and roam to help team (pyke, pantheon) gets a slight nerf. resulting in them dropping a tier.
Orianna buff and Tristana buff is quite big, impacting their tiers a lot.
