New OC Design: Honor Tile Witch (Dragons)

Hi everyone, this update is a preview of a new project I'm working on. Maybe not everyone is familiar with it but I have some witch OCs that are themed around various subjects, this time I wanted to design some around the concept of riichi mahjong tiles.

Yea I know I said the previous update was the last one of 2023 but I lied. You get a preview of a new years piece (only a day or two early tho) and some process/info about the making of it. I included some tips on easy textures to make with just default brushes in photoshop as well.
