This month you'll notice I haven't posted any polls or request threads on the Patreon yet, I have a big post coming up explaining changes and future plans and they are pretty large - it should be up tomorrow.

December rewards slightly delayed

Between the cross country move, lack of a desk, and computer issues - this months workload has been a bit tough to get through.

I'll have all the images up a bit late, in a few days or so - along with a post about changes coming to my Patreon campaign starting next month.

The details are pretty massive so I'll leave that for a second post soon.

I appreciate the support everyone's given me and I'm looking forward to another year of exciting art with you guys :B

Patreon Cancels Fee Change

Just a heads up to the people following me, Patreon has decided not to roll out the upcoming fee change that would charge you more!

They've made a blog post about it here.

Hopefully they'll more carefully consider any restructuring they do to not impact you guys with their next attempt :B

Patreon Changes

So by now you've read about all of the changes coming to the service, if you haven't I recommend you check out the blog post.

In regards to the blowback recieved, Jack Conte (Patreon's co-founder) posted that they messed up and will have a response for people next week - but they seemed to be set on still going through with this plan judging by the tweets I've read. Lots of talk on twitter ...

Patreon Processing Fee and Deceptive Explanations

This update is to serve as both an alert to upcoming Patreon changes for my patrons and explain why the official email they are sending out is incredibly deceptive.

First off, the changes:

Patreon previously charged the creator exactly what it cost to process payments and added that fee to what we owe Patreon from our income at the end of the month.
